Odessa is a small village on Route 224 in the Catharine Valley, inland from the lake with hills rising on both sides. Water comes off those hills and crosses the valley floor on its way to the creek, and any driveway in between is part of that route whether it was designed to be or not.
Everything here is downhill from something.
